. Japheth

After Noah was years old,
Noah fathered Shem,
Ham,
and Japheth.

And Noah had three sons,
Shem,
Ham,
and Japheth.

On the very same day Noah and his sons,
Shem and Ham and Japheth,
and Noah's wife and the three wives of his sons with them entered the ark,

The sons of Noah who went forth from the ark were Shem,
Ham,
and Japheth.
(Ham was the father of Canaan.)

Then Shem and Japheth took a garment,
laid it on both their shoulders,
and walked backward and covered the nakedness of their father.
Their faces were turned backward,
and they did not see their father's nakedness.
