Господи́н,

да ведь нет никого́,
yes [because, after all, indeed] [no, not] [no one, nobody, none],
кто бы помо́г мне войти́ в во́ду,
who would helped [me, to me] [enter, to come in, to enter] [at, in, of, on] water,
когда́ вода́ бурли́т.
when water [boil, bubbling, stirred up, troubled].
А когда́ я стара́юсь сам дойти́ до воды,
[While, And, But] when i trying [himself, itself, myself, self] reach [before, until] [lake, water, waters],
кто-нибу́дь меня́ уже́ опережа́ет.
anyone [i, me, self] already (ahead of).
The sick man answered him,
“Sir,
I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up,
and while I am going another steps down before me.”

The impotent man answered him,
Sir,
I have no man,
when the water is troubled,
to put me into the pool:
but while I am coming,
another steppeth down before me.
