Genesis 30:37 NRT
37 Иа́ков нарезал свежих ве́ток тополя,
37 [Jacob, James] нарезал свежих branches тополя,
миндаля и чинары и сде́лал на них бе́лые полоски,
миндаля and чинары and did [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [them, they] white полоски,
сняв кору́ и обнажив бе́лое де́рево внутри́.
[eliminate, having removed, removing, take off] (the bark) and обнажив white [timber, tree] [inside, within]. |
Then Jacob took fresh sticks of poplar and almond and plane trees, and peeled white streaks in them, exposing the white of the sticks. Genesis 30:37 ESV
And Jacob took him rods of green poplar,

Genesis 30:42 NRT
42 а е́сли живо́тные бы́ли слабые,
42 [while, and, but] [if, a, when, unless] animals [been, has been, were] слабые,
он не клал ве́ток.
he [never, not] [lay, put] branches.
Так сла́бый скот достава́лся Лавану,
So weak [cattle, livestock] (got it) Laban,
а си́льный –– Иа́кову.
[while, and, but] [strong, powerful] –– [Jacob, James, To Jacob]. |
but for the feebler of the flock he would not lay them there. So the feebler would be Laban's, and the stronger Jacob's. Genesis 30:42 ESV
