когда́ Иа́ков готовил похлебку,

when [Jacob, James] готовил похлебку,

Иса́в верну́лся с по́ля о́чень голо́дный.

Esau [came back, returned] [and, from, in, of, with] fields [greatly, highly, very] hungry.

Once when Jacob was cooking stew,
Esau came in from the field,
