что свя́то,
[what, that, why] holy,
не дава́йте псам,
[never, not] (let us) dogs,
а не то они́,
[while, and, but] [never, not] that [they, they are],
оберну́вшись,
[turning, turning around],
растерзают вас.

И не разбрасывайте свои́х драгоценностей пе́ред сви́ньями,
And [never, not] разбрасывайте their драгоценностей before [pigs, swine],
не то они́ растопчут их.
