32 [While, And, But] that,

что сон повтори́лся фарао́ну два́жды,

[what, that, why] [dream, sleep] [doubled, doubling, repeated] [pharaoh, to the pharaoh] twice,

означа́ет,

[indicates, interpreted, means],

что Бог твёрдо определи́л э́то и вско́ре испо́лнит Свой замысел.

[what, that, why] God firmly [determined, i have determined, identified] [that, this, it] and soon [execute, fulfill, will execute, will fulfill] [Mine, My Own] замысел.

And the doubling of Pharaoh's dream means that the thing is fixed by God,
and God will shortly bring it about.
