12 Бог уви́дел,

12 God [had seen, saw, seeing, seen, seeth],

как испорчена земля́ и́з-за того́,

[how, what, as, like (comparison)] испорчена [earth, ground, land] (because of) that,

что все лю́ди на земле́ извратили свои́ пути́.
