58 Peter,

держа́сь поо́даль,

[carry, holding on, keep] [further away, some distance away],

сле́довал за Иису́сом и прошёл пря́мо во двор первосвяще́нника.

[followed, following] [after, around, at, behind, over] Jesus and passed [directly, immediately, specifically, clearly, plainly] [in, on] [yard, courtyard] (high priest).

Войдя́ внутрь,

Entering [inside, inwards],

он сел со стражниками,

he [sat, sat down] [after, with] стражниками,

что́бы уви́деть,

[to, so that, in order to, because of] see,

чём все кончится.

[how, than, what, whence, which, why] [all, any, every, everybody, everyone] кончится.

And Peter was following him at a distance,
as far as the courtyard of the high priest,
and going inside he sat with the guards to see the end.
