29 Возьми́те на себя́ ярмо́ Моё и научитесь у Меня́,

потому́ что Я кро́ток и мягок се́рдцем,

[because, that is why, therefore] [what, that, why] I meek and мягок (with my heart),

и вы найдёте поко́й ва́шим ду́шам.

and [ye, you] [find, you will find it] [peace, quiet, rest, resting] [your, yours] souls.

Take my yoke upon you,
and learn from me,
