Наливается

28 ведь земля́ сама́ даёт плод.

28 [because, after all, indeed] [earth, ground, land] herself [give, gives, giveth] fruit.

Снача́ла появляется росто́к,

First появляется [seedling, sprout],

зате́м ко́лос,

then ear,

ко́лос наливается зерно́м,

ear наливается grain,

The earth produces by itself,
first the blade,
then the ear,
