22 Услы́шав э́то,

22 [Having Heard, Heard, Hearing] [that, this, it],

челове́к помрачнел и ушёл опеча́ленный,

[man, human, person] помрачнел and [gone, has left] [saddened, sorrowful],

потому́ что он владе́л большим иму́ществом.

[because, that is why, therefore] [what, that, why] he owned [big, huge, large] property.

Disheartened by the saying,
he went away sorrowful,
for he had great possessions.
