7 Неро́вно ступа́ют ноги хромо́го,
7 Uneven ступают [legs, feet] [lame, the lame one],
так и посло́вица в уста́х глупца́.
so and proverb [at, in, of, on] [by mouth, from the mouth, mouth] [fool, the fool].

The legs of the lame are not equal:
so is a parable in the mouth of fools.
