17 Лю́бящий развлече́ния обедне́ет,
17 [Love, Loving] entertainment [impoverished, poor, will become poor],
лю́бящий вино́ и дороги́е ма́зи не разбогатеет.

не с тем,
[never, not] [and, from, in, of, with] [by that, that],
что́бы наложи́ть на вас узы,

но что́бы вы благочи́нно и непреста́нно [служи́ли] Го́споду без развлече́ния.
