6 Поэ́тому он дове́рил Ио́сифу все,

6 [That Is Why, Therefore, Wherefore] he entrusted Joseph [all, any, every, everybody, everyone],

что у него́ бы́ло;

[what, that, why] [at, by, with, of] him [it was, was];

благодаря́ Ио́сифу он мог ни о чём не забо́титься,

[because of, thanks to] Joseph he [could, be able to] neither about [how, than, what, whence, which, why] [never, not] (take care),

кро́ме того́,

[but, except, besides] that,

что́бы пое́сть.

[to, so that, in order to, because of] eat.

Ио́сиф же был хорошо́ сложен и красив,

Joseph [but, same, then] [be, to be, was, were] [fine, good, nice, pleasant, well] сложен and красив,

So he left all that he had in Joseph's charge,
and because of him he had no concern about anything but the food he ate.
Now Joseph was handsome in form and appearance.
