23 Когда́ Ио́сиф подошёл к бра́тьям,

23 When Joseph (came up) [to, for, by] brothers,

они́ сорвали с него́ оде́жду –– ту са́мую бога́то украшенную оде́жду,

[they, they are] сорвали [and, from, in, of, with] him clothes –– that [most, the most] [rich, richly] украшенную clothes,
