Шехеме

6 Авра́м прошёл по э́той земле́ до того́ места в Шехеме,

6 Abram passed [along, by, in, on, to, unto] this [earth, ground, land, world] [before, until] that places [at, in, of, on] Шехеме,

где стоя́л дуб Мо́ре;

[somewhere, where, wherever] [i was standing, standing, stood] дуб [Sea, Water];

в то вре́мя там жи́ли хананеи.

[at, in, of, on] that [hour, time] there lived [canaanite, canaanites, the canaanites].

Abram passed through the land to the place at Shechem,
to the oak of Moreh.
At that time the Canaanites were in the land.

So they gave to Jacob all the foreign gods that they had,
and the rings that were in their ears.
Jacob hid them under the terebinth tree that was near Shechem.
