44 И,

44 And,

поверну́вшись к же́нщине,

(turning around) [to, for, by] woman,

сказа́л Симону:

[he said, said, saith, say, saying, tell] [Simon, Simon's]:

–Ты ви́дишь э́ту же́нщину?

–You (you see) this woman?

Я пришёл в твой дом,

I [arrive, came, come] [at, in, into, of, on, toward] [thy, your] [dwelling, home, house],

и ты не дал Мне да́же воды,

and you [never, not] gave [Me, To Me] even [lake, water, waters],

что́бы вы́мыть ноги,

[to, so that, in order to, because of] [wash out, wash up] [legs, feet],

а она́ омы́ла Мои́ ноги слеза́ми и вы́терла свои́ми волоса́ми!

[while, and, but] [she, she is] [cleansed, washed] My [legs, feet] tears and wiped (with their own) hair!

Then turning toward the woman he said to Simon,
“Do you see this woman?
I entered your house;
you gave me no water for my feet,
but she has wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair.

And he turned to the woman,
and said unto Simon,
Seest thou this woman?
I entered into thine house,
thou gavest me no water for my feet:
but she hath washed my feet with tears,
and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
