Genesis 50:3 RUSV
3 И испо́лнилось ему́ соро́к дней,
3 And [turned, fulfilled] [him, it, to him] forty days,
и́бо сто́лько дней употребляется на бальзами́рование,
[for, because] [many, much, multitude, so many, so much] days употребляется [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [embalmed, embalming],
и опла́кивали его́ Египтя́не се́мьдесят дней.
and [mourned, they mourned] [his, him, it] [Egyptians, The Egyptians] seventy days. |
Forty days were required for it, for that is how many are required for embalming. And the Egyptians wept for him seventy days. Genesis 50:3 ESV
