9 [Abide, Be, Exist] бдительны!

Вас бу́дут отдава́ть под суд и избива́ть в синаго́гах.

You [will, be] [give away, to give] [below, beneath, under, underneath] [court, judgment, tribunal] and [beat, beat up, beating, hitting] [at, in, of, on] synagogues.

И́з-за Меня́ вы бу́дете стоя́ть пе́ред прави́телями и царя́ми и свиде́тельствовать им.

(Because Of) [I, Me, Self] [ye, you] [will, will be] [stand, to stand] before [governors, rulers, the rulers] and kings and [testify, witness] [it, them].

“But be on your guard.
For they will deliver you over to councils,
and you will be beaten in synagogues,
and you will stand before governors and kings for my sake,
to bear witness before them.

But take heed to yourselves:
for they shall deliver you up to councils;
and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten:
and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake,
for a testimony against them.
