3 Вслед за ни́ми вы́шли из Нила други́е семь коро́в –– безобразных и тощих –– и вста́ли ря́дом с теми на берегу реки.

such as I had never seen in all the land of Egypt.

опаленных [east, eastern] (blown by the wind) –– [that, this, it] seven years [famine, hunger, starvation].

The seven lean and ugly cows that came up after them are seven years,
and the seven empty ears blighted by the east wind are also seven years of famine.
