3 Всегда́ и везде́ со вся́кою благода́рностью признаем мы,

что́ тебе́,
[what, that, why] [thee, you],
достопочте́нный Фе́ликс,
[the honorable, worthy] Felix,
обя́заны мы мно́гим ми́ром,
[required, they must] [we, we are] [many, most, much] [peace, the world],
и твоему́ попече́нию благоустроением сего́ наро́да.
