2 Corinthians 5:4 RUSV

4 И́бо мы,

4 [For, Because] [we, we are],

находя́сь в э́той хи́жине,

being [at, in, of, on] this хижине,

воздыха́ем под бре́менем,

[groan, sigh, we sigh] [below, beneath, under, underneath] [a burden, burden],

потому́ что́ не хоти́м совлечься,

[because, that is why, therefore] [what, that, why] [never, not] [want, we want] (to disguise oneself),

но обле́чься,

[but, yet] [get dressed, put on],

что́бы сме́ртное поглощено́ бы́ло жи́знью.

[to, so that, in order to, because of] [mortal, the mortal] поглощено [it was, was] life.

For we that are in this tabernacle do groan,
being burdened:
not for that we would be unclothed,
but clothed upon,
that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
