16 Когда́ же пришли́ мы в Рим,

16 When [but, same, then] came [we, we are] [at, in, of, on] Рим,

то со́тник переда́л у́зников военачальнику,

that centurion [delivered, gave, handed over, passed] prisoners военачальнику,

а Па́влу позво́лено жить осо́бо с воином,

[while, and, but] [Pavel, To Pavel] [allowed, lawful] live [especially, specifically, particularly] [and, from, in, of, with] воином,

стерегущим его́.

стерегущим [his, him, it].

And when we came to Rome,
the centurion delivered the prisoners to the captain of the guard:
but Paul was suffered to dwell by himself with a soldier that kept him.
