John 16:20 RUSV
20 И́стинно,
20 [Truly, Verily],
и́стинно говорю́ вам:
[truly, verily] [i am talking, say, talking, tell] [to you, ye, you]:
вы восплачете и возрыда́ете,
[ye, you] [cry, will you cry] and [cry, weep, will you cry],
а мир возра́дуется;
[while, and, but] [peace, the world, world] [he will rejoice, rejoice, will rejoice];
вы печа́льны бу́дете,
[ye, you] [sad, sorrow] [will, will be],
но печа́ль ва́ша в ра́дость бу́дет.
[but, yet] [sadness, sorrow] your [at, in, of, on] [gladness, happiness, joy, pleasure] [will be, would be]. |
Truly, truly, I say to you, you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice. You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn into joy. John 16:20 ESV

22 Так и вы тепе́рь име́ете печа́ль;
22 So and [ye, you] now [do you have, have, own, you have] [sadness, sorrow];
но Я уви́жу вас опя́ть,
[but, yet] I (i will see) you again,
и возра́дуется се́рдце ва́ше,
and [he will rejoice, rejoice, will rejoice] [heart, hearts] [your, yours],
и ра́дости ва́шей никто́ не отни́мет у вас;
and joy [your, yours] [no one, nobody] [never, not] [it will take away, pluck, snatch, take, taketh, will take away] [at, by, with, of] you; |
So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. John 16:22 ESV
