8 А Елима волхв,
8 [While, And, But] Елима волхв,
—— и́бо то зна́чит и́мя его́,
—— [for, because] that [interpreted, means] name [his, him, it],
—— противился им,
—— [he resisted, i resisted, resisted] [it, them],
стара́ясь отврати́ть проко́нсула от ве́ры.
