Mark 6:14 RUSV
14 Царь И́род,
14 King Herod,
услы́шав [об Иису́се],
[having heard, heard, hearing] [about Jesus],
--и́бо и́мя Его́ ста́ло гласно,
--[for, because] name [His, Him, It] [became, it became] гласно,
--говори́л:
--spoke:
э́то Иоа́нн Крести́тель воскре́с из мёртвых,
[that, this, it] John [Baptist, The Baptist] resurrected [from, in, of, out] [dead, the dead],
и потому́ чудеса́ де́лаются им.
and [because, that is why, therefore] miracles [are being done, they are being made] [it, them]. |
King Herod heard of it, for Jesus&#; name had become known. Some said, &#;John the Baptist has been raised from the dead. That is why these miraculous powers are at work in him.&#; Mark 6:14 ESV
And king Herod heard of him; (for his name was spread abroad:) and he said, That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him. Mark 6:14 KJV
