9 У́мный челове́к,
9 Smart [man, human, person],
судясь с челове́ком глу́пым,
судясь [and, from, in, of, with] [a man, human, man] stupid,
сердится ли,
сердится whether,
смеётся ли,
laughs whether,
—— не име́ет поко́я.
—— [never, not] [has, it has] [peace, rest]. |
If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man,
