17 И пал Авраа́м на лице́ своё,

17 And [fallen, fall down] Abraham [on the, it, at, to, in, by] [face, individual, person] (its own),

и рассмеялся,

и сказа́л сам в себе́:

неуже́ли от столетнего бу́дет сын?

[greater, indeed, really, surely] from столетнего [will be, would be] son?

и Са́рра,

and Sarah,

девяностолетняя,

неуже́ли роди́т?

[greater, indeed, really, surely] (will give birth)?
