38 Е́сли же Димитрий и други́е с ним худо́жники име́ют жалобу на кого-нибудь,

то есть судебные собрания и есть проконсулы:

that [there are, there is] судебные собрания and [there are, there is] проконсулы:

пусть жалуются друг на дру́га.

let жалуются friend [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] friend.

Wherefore if Demetrius,
and the craftsmen which are with him,
