4 and,
задержа́в его́,
[by delaying, delaying, having detained] [his, him, it],
посади́л в темни́цу,
planted [at, in, of, on] [dungeon, prison],
и приказа́л четырём четверицам во́инов стере́чь его́,
and ordered four [fours, to the quarters] warriors [guard, watch over] [his, him, it],
намерева́ясь по́сле Па́схи вы́вести его́ к наро́ду.

And when he had apprehended him,
