13 и вот имена́ сыно́в Измаиловых,

13 and [behold, here, there] names [children, sons] Измаиловых,

имена́ их по родословию их:

пе́рвенец Измаилов Наваиоф,

[firstborn, the firstborn] Измаилов Наваиоф,

[за ним] Кедар,

These are the names of the sons of Ishmael,
named in the order of their birth:
Nebaioth,
the firstborn of Ishmael;
and Kedar,
Adbeel,
Mibsam,
