30 Пото́м вы́шел брат его́ с красной ни́тью на руке́.
30 [Then, Later] [came, came out] brother [his, him, it] [and, from, in, of, with] красной [by thread, thread, with a thread] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [arm, hand].
И наречено́ ему́ и́мя:
And named [him, it, to him] name:
За́ра.
