28 И во вре́мя родов её показа́лась рука́;

28 And [in, on] [hour, time] childbirth her показалась [arm, hand];

и взяла́ повива́льная ба́бка и навяза́ла ему́ на ру́ку кра́сную нить,

and [taken, took] midwife grandma and imposed [him, it, to him] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] hand красную thread,

сказа́в:

[having said, having said that, said, saying]:

э́тот вы́шел пе́рвый.

this [came, came out] [first, the first].

And when she was in labor,
one put out a hand,
and the midwife took and tied a scarlet thread on his hand,
saying,
“This one came out first.”
