21 и жела́л напита́ться кро́шками,
21 and [desired, wanted, wished] [get fed up, get nourished] crumbs,
па́дающими со стола́ богача́,
falling [after, with] table [rich, rich man, the rich man],
и псы,
and dogs,
приходя́,
coming,
лиза́ли струпья его́.
