14 Но Изра́иль простер пра́вую ру́ку свою́ и положи́л на го́лову Ефрему,
14 [But, Yet] Israel [extend, stretch] [right, the right one] hand [its, my, thy, your] and put [on the, it, at, to, in, by] head Ефрему,
хотя́ сей был ме́ньший,
[although, though] this [be, to be, was, were] [less, smaller],
а ле́вую на го́лову Манассии.
[while, and, but] left [on the, it, at, to, in, by] head [Manasseh, Manasseh's].
С намерением положи́л он так руки свои́,
[And, From, In, Of, With] намерением put he so [arms, hand, hands] their,
хотя́ Манассия был пе́рвенец.
[although, though] [Manasseh, Manasses] [be, to be, was, were] [firstborn, the firstborn]. |
And Israel stretched out his right hand and laid it on the head of Ephraim, who was the younger, and his left hand on the head of Manasseh, crossing his hands (for Manasseh was the firstborn). Genesis 48:14 ESV

17 And [had seen, saw, seeing, seen, seeth] Joseph,
что оте́ц его́ положи́л пра́вую ру́ку свою́ на го́лову Ефре́ма;

и прискорбно бы́ло ему́ э́то.

When Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand on the head of Ephraim, it displeased him, and he took his father&#;s hand to move it from Ephraim&#;s head to Manasseh&#;s head. Genesis 48:17 ESV

тобо́ю бу́дет благословля́ть Изра́иль,

говоря́:

Бог да сотвори́т тебе́,
God yes [create, make] [thee, you],
как Ефрему и Манассии.

И поста́вил Ефре́ма вы́ше Манассии.

So he blessed them that day, saying, “By you Israel will pronounce blessings, saying, ‘God make you as Ephraim and as Manasseh.’̵ Thus he put Ephraim before Manasseh. Genesis 48:20 ESV
