39 Отсю́да произошло́ огорчение,

39 (From Here) happened огорчение,

так что они́ разлучились друг с другом;

so [what, that, why] [they, they are] разлучились friend [and, from, in, of, with] [a friend, friend];

и Варна́ва,

and Barnabas,

взяв Марка,

[by taking, taking, took] Марка,

отплыл в Кипр;

отплыл [at, in, of, on] Кипр;

And the contention was so sharp between them,
that they departed asunder one from the other:
and so Barnabas took Mark,
and sailed unto Cyprus;
