5 Кто ругается над ни́щим,
5 Who ругается above [beggars, poor],
тот хулит Творца́ его́;
that хулит [Creator, The Creator] [his, him, it];
кто ра́дуется несча́стью,
who rejoices [misfortune, unfortunately],
тот не оста́нется ненаказанным.
