7 When he [appeared, he appeared],
[be, become, get] (all around) [the newcomers, those who came] [from, in, of, out] Jerusalem Jews,
принося [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [Paul, Paul's] many and [difficult, serious, severe, heavy] [accusations, charges, complaints, the charges],
which [never, not] could [prove, argue].

And when he was come,
the Jews which came down from Jerusalem stood round about,
and laid many and grievous complaints against Paul,
which they could not prove.

 Acts 25:16 RUSV
16 I answered [it, them],
[what, that, why] [at, by, with, of] [Romans, The Romans] [no, not] обыкновения [issue, betray, extradite] [any, some kind of] human [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [death, dying],
before (rather than) обвиняемый [will be, would be] [have, to have] обвинителей [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] face and [receive, will receive] [freedom, liberty] [defend, defend yourself, to defend oneself] against [accusations, charges, complaints, the charges].

To whom I answered,
It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die,
before that he which is accused have the accusers face to face,
and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him.
