что Пётр,

[what, that, why] Peter,

обходя всех,

обходя [all, everyone],

пришёл и к святы́м,

[arrive, came, come] and [to, for, by] holy,

живу́щим в Лидде.

[indwelling, living] [at, in, of, on] Лидде.

And it came to pass,
as Peter passed throughout all quarters,
he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.
