John 21:7 RUSV
7 Then [disciple, student],
[which, which one, whom] [i loved, loved] Jesus,
[he speaks, say, speaks, talk, to talk] Peter:
э́то Госпо́дь.
[that, this, it] Lord.
Simon [but, same, then] Peter,
[having heard, heard, hearing],
[what, that, why] [that, this, it] Lord,
[girded, girded himself, girded up] [clothes, clothing],
--[for, because] he [be, to be, was, were] naked,
--and rushed [at, in, of, on] [sea, water]. |
That disciple whom Jesus loved therefore said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment, for he was stripped for work, and threw himself into the sea. John 21:7 ESV
Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter,
It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea. John 21:7 KJV |
