вы́йдя о́коло оди́ннадцатого ча́са,
[came out, coming out, going out] [near, nearby] [eleventh, the eleventh] [hour, hours],
он нашёл други́х,
he found other,
стоящих пра́здно,
standing [idle, idly],
и говори́т им:
and [he speaks, say, speaks, talk, to talk] [it, them]:
что вы стоите здесь це́лый день пра́здно?
[what, that, why] [ye, you] [are you standing?, stand, stand still, standing] [here, there] whole day [idle, idly]?
And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing.
And he said to them,
