6 Вслед за ни́ми вы́росли ещё семь колосьев –– тощих и опаленных восто́чным ве́тром.

6 [After, Following] [after, around, at, behind, over] them [grew, grew up, they grew up] [again, also, another, even, further, more] seven [corn, ears of corn] –– [lean, skinny, thin] and опаленных [east, eastern] (blown by the wind).

after them sprouted seven ears,
thin and blighted by the east wind.
