осмотревшись,

пришёл к до́му Мари́и,

[arrive, came, come] [to, for, by] [home, house] [Maria, Mary],

ма́тери Иоа́нна,

[mother, mother's, mothers] John,

называ́емого Ма́рком,

called [By Mark, Mark],

где мно́гие собра́лись и моли́лись.

[somewhere, where, wherever] many [gathered, together] and [prayed, they prayed, we prayed].

And when he had considered the thing,
he came to the house of Mary the mother of John,
whose surname was Mark;
where many were gathered together praying.
