30 [So, Therefore],

отправленные пришли́ в Антио́хию и,

отправленные came [at, in, of, on] Antioch and,

собра́в люде́й,

[collected, collecting, gathered, having collected] [human, of people, people],

вручили письмо́.

вручили [letter, message].

So when they were dismissed,
they came to Antioch:
and when they had gathered the multitude together,
