30 И наре́к Иа́ков и́мя ме́сту тому́:

30 And name [Jacob, James] name place [one, the one]:

Пенуэл;

и́бо,

[for, because],

i [saw, seen] God [face, hypocrite] [to, for, by] face,

So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel,
saying,
“For I have seen God face to face,
and yet my life has been delivered.”

And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel:

31 И взошло́ со́лнце,

31 And [risen, rose, the sun has risen] [sun, sun's, the sun],

The sun rose upon him as he passed Penuel,
limping because of his hip.
