29 Когда́ дава́л мо́рю уста́в,
29 When [gave, he gave, provided] sea [charter, regulation, statute],
что́бы воды не переступа́ли преде́лов его́,
[to, so that, in order to, because of] [lake, water, waters] [never, not] [crossed, overstepped] limits [his, him, it],
когда́ полага́л основа́ния земли:
when [i thought, thought] [foundations, grounds, perspectives] [earth, land]: |
