16 Ита́к поми́лование зави́сит не от жела́ющего и не от подвиза́ющегося,
16 [So, Therefore] [pardon, the pardon] [depends, rely] [never, not] [by, from, of] [desiring, who wants to] and [never, not] [by, from, of] (the one who strives),
но от Бо́га милу́ющего.
