10 Так-Как не́кто говори́т:
10 Since someone [he speaks, say, speaks, talk, to talk]:
«в посла́ниях он строг и силе́н,
«[at, in, of, on] messages he строг and [mighty, powerful, strong],
а в ли́чном прису́тствии слаб,
[while, and, but] [at, in, of, on] personal presence слаб,
и речь его́ незначительна»,
and speech [his, him, it] незначительна»,

For his letters,

11 тако́й пусть зна́ет,
11 such let knows,
что́,
[what, that, why],
каковы́ мы на слова́х в посла́ниях зао́чно,
(what are) [we, we are] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [speech, words] [at, in, of, on] messages заочно,
таковы́ и на де́ле ли́чно.
(these are) and [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] business personally. |
Let such an one think this,
