23 Но они́ продолжа́ли с вели́ким кри́ком тре́бовать,
23 [But, Yet] [they, they are] continued [and, from, in, of, with] [great, greatest] [cry, shouting] [demand, require],
что́бы Он был распя́т;
[to, so that, in order to, because of] He [be, to be, was, were] crucified;
и превозмо́г крик их и первосвяще́нников.
and [overcame, prevailed] [scream, shout, shriek] [them, their] and (high priests).
But they were urgent,
demanding with loud cries that he should be crucified.
And their voices prevailed.
