5 [Buy Now, Purchase] wisdom,

приобрета́й ра́зум:

[buy now, purchase] [brain, mind, the mind]:

не забывай э́того и не уклоняйся от слов уст мои́х.

[never, not] забывай this and [never, not] уклоняйся from words [lips, mouth] [mine, my, of mine].

Get wisdom,
get understanding:
forget it not;
neither decline from the words of my mouth.
